JOINT APPLICATION
for proposed work in Montana's streams, wetlands, floodplains and other water bodiesTo reduce paperwork, the agencies listed below have created a joint application form. This form can be used to apply for the following permits. To determine which permits you need, see Montana's Guide to Stream Permitting or call the designated agency (listed below):

To use the application, print out one copy and follow the instructions on the first page. The application is three pages long. The fourth and fifth pages are for you to keep. You will fill out and sign one copy of the application, make a copy of your completed, signed application to submit to each agency responsible for the permit you need, and then mail each copy to the appropriate participating agencies.
